Onsite Service And Maintenance
- We provide on-site hardware warranty, there may no delivery charges on which item taking back to repair center and on loan service is not included in this scheme.
- Licensed Software Operating System and Recovery is available in this scheme, user must backup their data before re-installation, and we have no responsible for add-on applications, network setting, password, relative software and data lost.
- Infected with Virus, cleaning Virus or related with virus are not included in this maintenance scheme.
- Service respond time: Almost next day service after receiving a client service call.
- Programming and software problem is not in maintenance except Operating System (like MS Windows, Cent OS, Mac iOS and etc.)
- For the result of mis usage, we may claim client as well as we proved.
- Any unusual situation case the maintenance item’s damaged is not our responsibility to cover.
- Email service call is available, any problem related with maintenance items that can email to us at support@metacom.hk
- On phone service for technical support is not available in this package.
- Discount rate for upgrade service and trade-in option is available (only in monthly promotion package).
